According to Andy, the Yahoo geocoding API returns a list with several results. Instead of just taking the first, we should take the first one near the current location, or near the center of DC if there is no current location.

The blue dot won't dynamically update, but I prefer it to the flag.
Current location is also necessary to address #74.
