Item count on item blocks

Showing item count when hovering over an item block that the player can right click shows them how much of an item they're going to get ahead of time.

The count should be hidden when give is unavailable via setting or timer. As a result, this multi-purposes as an easy way to see what's takeable (and therefore should be shown even when it's just count 1)

Count text can be small and in bottom right to stay out of the way of item name if needed.
