HI,
When i according to this VIDEO TUTORIAL step by step, i execute the node(save results) something wrong with Optimus. this is the console in console, all the color of the character are purple, no red.

Hi @stan1233,

Sorry for the delay. This is strange that you don't see any red text in the console, and indeed the text you sent previously doesn't contain any error message, just regular warnings. I can see though that you're using KNIME 3.5, which is a significantly newer version than the one Optimus is supposed to work with. Unfortunately, KNIME developers don't pay too much attention to backward-compatibility so I'd strongly recommend using the version of KNIME Optimus was tested with, which is 3.3.1. The video tutorial you're referring to is definitely useful, but it doesn't provide you with necessary guidance for proper environment installation (KNIME & Python). I'd recommend you to check out either our Nature Protocols paper or the README file in this repository to find step-by-step instruction on Optimus installation. Remember that after everything's installed KNIME is going to prompt you to update its components to the latest version, and you should ignore this to keep Optimus working.
