It appears you don't even have MAS installed, if you had other mods, make a new DDLC install. You can download MAS from https://monikaafterstory.com/releases.html

This traceback appeared once I tried to launch MAS, no other mods involved, followed all steps to a tee.

If you install just DDLC it works fine but the moment you install MAS you get this error? That'd be odd because this is not a MAS error. Did you try to install MAS both via the installer and manually?

I haven't tried running DDLC on its own, but I only ever installed MAS through through the installer.
