installer executable needs to be renamed, not just the zip #5

the build action gives the zips names, but not the executables, so I cant upload them directly.

see this issue.

alternatively, can have the build script do the renaming.

Sadly cargo doesn't have a way to provide a name for executables, but we can do that in the script.
