Install Fooocus and Fooocus-MRE in the same computer?

Hello! I´m almost new here. There is any reason to have both Fooocus and Fooocus-MRE installed in the same computer? In that case, Can they share the folders? Like installing Fooocus and later placing the bats and maybe other files/folder of MRE in normal fooocus folder?

I installed Fooocus in my windows user folder but I don´t know things like that question, or how I can completely delete the software, etc.

(Also, any of you knows video tutorials? I watched several videos but just in case maybe I´m missing the most important ones)
