I like the little config button at the bottom... I've been considering adding a small menu like that, but I don't want to require Bootstrap to do it.

So, what exactly are you asking here? create a doc?

this is not a standalone theme, not require dedicated real theme here.
but rather a HTML5 structure made to fit better on bootstrap, I shared this fiddle especially for the pager.
I just wanted to save time for those who actually use bootstrap3 and font-awesome4 👍
