Hello, thank you very much for your work. However, when I applied CellPose to my two-photon images, the results were not satisfactory. I tried adjusting some thresholds, which improved the outcome, but many cells are still not being recognized, resulting in a high number of false negatives (FN). Do you have any experience with relevant parameter settings that could help?
I have attached one of my images along with the corresponding mask.
