the team have to select a stack they are comfortable in developing with .

I object to the usage of the term perfect. Nothing is ever perfect, especially technology. Technology keeps evolving and the world of the web with it.

The better point is what is provided in the description : "the team have to select a stack they are comfortable in developing with".
