Emergency recordings, view counts, and spoiler mode

I have now added an emergency recorder that can be enabled. If a stream has issues like calling online and offline repeatedly, the regular recorder will most likely just not care and stop. With this new option, it will record every single time a new stream.online event comes in regardless of current recording status. This might eat some disk space.

It is also possible to toggle a settings now that kills streamlink if a stream.offline event has been received in beforehand, so it doesn't try 50 times to reconnect to an offline stream.

There's an option to log viewer counts every 5 minutes now. There's no pretty way to display them yet, I plan to have a graph for this.

I also added a spoiler mode from searching the project name, someone was using it to watch VODs to avoid announcements and titles :)
