Hi Dear Authors,

Thank you for sharing your excellent work! We are leveraging it to facilitate our research, specifically focusing on training the diffusion model using the provided dataset (kidney, liver, and pancreas).

After successfully training the LDM according to the instruction, I would like to visualize the synthesized dataset, similar to the results shown in Figures 6, 7, and 9 of the paper. However, I was unable to locate example code or instructions for the visualization process in the repository.

Could you kindly provide guidance or example code for visualizing the synthesized outputs? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, have you managed to resolve the issue regarding the visualization of the synthesized outputs?

@gexinh @TianmengHsu You can first reference this issue #12. A few days later, I will upload a script for synthesis image visualization.
