Lines starting with #: are file paths (and locations). Should see them as file locations and supports cmd-click to go to file location

It would be very perfect feature to jump on position at file:

#: /home/user/project/src/file.cpp:24
msgid "test"
msgstr "test"

Is it hard to implement?
