1.12.2 - Unable to hear leaves sound

Describe the bug
When using this mod, by itself, and with the weather sound at 100% I cannot hear the gentle rustling of the leaves. This isn't a major bug but it's something that I noticed after switching to this from weather2.

To Reproduce

1. Download the latest stable build from Curse Forge
2. Go into a new world
3. Listen

The sound file is still there as I can use the playsound command to access it. Here is the command:

/playsound weather2:ambient.leaves weather @s ~ ~ ~ 1 0.75

Oh that is interesting, I might have forgot to add the leaves sound back in. I'll try to fix that for the next patch
