1.12.2 - Vanilla Clouds Render when using Vintagium (Sodium-1.12)

Describe the bug
Vanilla Clouds render when using Vintagium. This is an issue with both mods, but with Vintagium not updating very often, this mod is more likely to fix the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build and use Vintagium
2. Issue present
