Please make an issue here. I will try to review, and process your issue within 2 days. If I believe the issue is valid, and I do not think you have any malicious intents, I will approve your issue.
If for some reason I think you have any malicious intents with your issue, you will be blocked from future issues, and it will be denied. This is an unappealable punishment to protect this project.
