expand mpkg dependency resolution

mpkg only warns if a package has a dependency that isn't installed
make it so mpkg installs the dependency if it can

In my experience good or bad dependency resolution makes or breaks a package manager. Perhaps we can use some off the shelf library to help with this, just like with semver?
