system status bar doesn't show up (maybe an ipad issue?); bring back status bar as a 20% black transparent bar in all views
use google maps for all map-related aspects (detail view, create issue, muhtar info, etc)
in 'create issue' and 'edit profile' views, have a 'kaydet' button on the top right instead of a bottom button in the scrollable view
