Cannot scroll horizontally in App Info pane

Describe the bug

Hi, I'm using version v4.0.0-beta02, currently in the App Info pane of each app, I cannot scroll horizontally (the section that has Launch) to go to Scanner button. Every time I try to scroll that section, it scroll the whole screen to the Activities pane.

To Reproduce

1. Open App Manager
2. Click on any app
3. Try to scroll the Launch section to the right

Expected behavior

The Launch section is scrolled and Scanner button appears.

Additional context

Also, currently are there any other ways to scan an app since I can't scroll like above?
