Demolition Focus

Under Grenades and Bombs - the 1/2&3lbd Charge has the Demolition Focus. That focus is not available under Engineering.

It's defined in the book as: Charges, with the Demolition focus, do not come with ammo, and must be placed and primed (requiring a
Coordination + Engineering test, difficulty at GM’s discretion)

How would you suggest to add into the ruleset? I know you can add focus to individual character sheet, but is there a way to add at a higher level to have the trait available all the time within the item dropdown? Make sense?
