A way to right click a token and apply an effect if the victim is suffering from one or more effects, such as:

Persistent (Physical) [normally bleeding]
Persistent (Energy) [normally fire related]
Persistent (Poison) [venomous attacks]
Irradiated
Injured [having a different icon for each limb might be overkill, but handy to know?]
