Allow Replacement of Target Roast Profile without Clearing Current Data #93

It can sometimes happen that a person might accidentally specify the wrong roasted coffee item when entering the details of a batch. Perhaps they wanted to roast a dark roast and accidentally specified a lighter profile instead. They might notice this only after starting to roast the batch and want to load the correct profile. At present, changing the roasted coffee item and reloading the profile results in all data collected up to that point being eliminated. It would be better if it were possible to retain data from the current batch and only clear the incorrect target profile before loading the correct one.

Appropriate behavior (clear all, clear partial) can be inferred from current state. If a batch is being recorded, the right thing to do is only clear the target profile. If a batch is not being recorded then all data can be safely cleared.
