Use elasticsearch for indexing #79

Our indexing currently relies on sphinx. We should change it to use elasticsearch and support appending to the index (in sphinx we're periodically rebuilding the index). The code for this is already written, but it needs to be put to work.

@lucasmachadorj is on this task now. We should setup monit to monitor the elasticsearch service. Today I noticed it was down, and restarted it
