[Plots] Add session info in exported plot image filename

Describe the solution you'd like

When exporting a PNG or JPG plot currently the default filename of the output is just plot_png.png. It would be very helpful to have the filename include the Channel ID and Mnemonic and Session ID or Session Name.

Example:
Current: plot_png.png
Proposed: ADC-0015 ADRATERRX 2024090400005 KaSlew_361_2degOff.png

Testing Instructions

1. Export a plot image (note your current session info)
2. Verify the image name has the correct session information
