Add Session info to export filename

Describe the solution you'd like

When exporting historical data (ie digital data), the default filename is currently the channelID and Mnemonic. It would be very helpful if the SessionID and/or Session Name were appended to the Mnemonic in the output filename. We often look at data from more than one Session, and it would help to have this info embedded in the filename when it is created.

Example:
Current: ADC-0015 - ADRATERRX.csv
Proposed: ADC-0015 - ADRATERRX 20240904000005 KaSlew_361_2degOff.csv

Testing Instructions

1. Export historical data for Channels, EVRs, Channel Tables, EVR Tables, etc
2. Verify correct session information is in the filename as well
