It would be great if the default configuration for both buckets and datasets works "out of the box". I think this would mean that the deployment a) requires defining a bucket the user has access too for the deployment and b) all datasets are either stored in a public bucket or a bucket that the user configures.
document + raise an error about the bucket configured in stack/config.py
Many (all?) datasets in the "static" db directory should be removed since the data in covid-eo-data
