The file SUPPORT.md (https://github.com/NBility-Model/nbility-model.github.io/blob/main/docs/SUPPORT.md) contains placeholder text that still needs to be filled out.

Example: it contains "<YOUR_PROJECT_NAME>" and "[email protected]"

Can these placeholders be filled out, so that users know how to contact support?

Note: these changes should also be pushed to Nbility-Model/.github, as SUPPORT.md is also located in that repository.
