I've been using a function pop_add_cyclic illustrated here
https://gist.github.com/matt-long/159523f52ac8834ae88f2837e9e4b4fe
to assist plotting the POP grid. This accepts a POP dataset and rearranges the domain to enable making global maps.

Should we implement this function, perhaps in pop_tools/plot_util.py?
