vignette links are broken

It seems those links changed. try accessing from the Rwrfhydro tab on this
page.
https://www.ral.ucar.edu/projects/wrf_hydro
I'll get them updated for the next release.

they work except the SNODAS one. that is still pointing to the old
location. I created a pull request that fixes the readme.

sure, I love pull requests. It would be better if the change was to
devBranch. Master will "soon" be replaced with devBranch, so that'd make
more sense.
