download_d1_data_pkg fails on the last item

The function is generating an error at the last item saying the last object already exists (which is correct it has been downloaded), like if the function was trying to download the last item twice.

missing dataset: ~/Desktop/forage_all/doi_10.5063_F1T43R7N__New_Current_Taxon_Fig

2 files have the same object name... "New_Current_Taxon_Fig.csv" msleckman.45.1 and msleckman.67.1
