"Social" page styles

page=social is a near.social post feed that watches all posts with "#livepeer". Any posts made from this page will have this hashtag automatically appended to it, as well.

We need to fix the styles:

• Min height as full page (this can be solved by a min-height in the root)
• Able to see posts, we can just reuse the nearbuilders post styles if we want too. Rather than use trylivepeer.near/widget/SocialPost.Post, use ${alias_builddao}/widget/components.Post
• Give some padding so it doesn't start at top of the page. We can add a title and small blurb
• Rename "social" to "discussion"? or "feedback"?
