Problem:

docs/_Reproducible-Data-Analysis/04-resources.md is very convoluted and hard to read. Most informations are redundant as they are stated in docs/_Software-Development/02-toolsurvey.md already.

Solution Idea:

Combine

docs/_Reproducible-Data-Analysis/04-resources.md

and

docs/_Software-Development/02-toolsurvey.md

E.g. transfer the bio.tools links to 02-toolsurvey and then delete 04

Good suggestion to combine everything to reduce redundancy.

Do you mean to add existing bio.tools links to the N4M bio.tools domain?

Or do you also want to add a table in 02-toolsurvey.md with all tools incl. links to their bio.tools page?

Do we need to add a disclaimer/ label wether this tool has been funded/ developed by N4M vs. are community recommendations? If yes, how (on 02-toolsurvey.md and on bio.tools)?
