Indicators often refer to multiple realms, biomes or ecosystems (or at least the latter). The metadata excel only has space for one choice. How do we deal with this? Can we for ecample just duplicate the row as many times as needed? With that approach, can we wrange the data to make it work when rendered in the .qmd and in the app?

In the first code review (#28) I duplicated the rows and added multiple ecosystems and biomes. @DrMattG , can we find a way for the app to handle this?
