What new functionality do you need?

actions/upload-artifact and actions/download-artifact v3 are being deprecated in Dec 2024. We currently use these versions in the docs (RTD docs build) and linters (shellcheck) actions. These actions should be updated to use a more recent version of the actions.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

GH actions no longer use upload-artifact@v3

Acceptance Criteria

  • GH actions no longer use upload-artifact@v3
  • GH actions still perform as before
