I am trying to do a global generalization on streamlined landforms and crag-and-tail landforms which have been changed into points (length less than 3000m).
I already had done this for striations and roche moutonnée and it worked (N=3606). This time it is not working and each time I receive the attached error message. I have already appended the two features in one shapefile and added the field class. The number of records is 31515. I had used 2000m as the near distance when generalizing each (as a point feature) and now I am using the same distance in global generalization. I also tried using 3000 m. I winder if you can explain about the error. Could it be the number?
