Remote mode for TC 400 controllers

Remote mode is utilized for EPS control of the turbo pump, but we only utilize 4 DI and 1 DO functions (pin 3, 4, 5, 8, and 14) and only 4 EPS PVs to control (not 5).

DI remote priority on pin 14 (control via the remote interface - 26-pin D-sub):

• open --> off
• V+ --> set and priority over other digital inputs.
• EPS group is looking into the EPS side (as there isn't currently an EPS PV to change this)

In short term, add to the RS-485 ioc the ability to read remote priority. Is this a global DI and DO?

Also add to the RS-485 ioc "Control via the interface" using parameters 060 and 061.
