Add nginx logs for intel API requests #21

The current nginx logs do not include intel API requests. We should add logs for these requests to help troubleshoot service errors such as:

Error requesting [1/10]: (Retry 0.1 sec) http://nginx-cache/nvd/json/cves/2.0: 503, message='Service Unavailable', url=URL('http://nginx-cache/nvd/json/cves/2.0?cveId=CVE-2023-50447')

This will help users determine if the error is caused by not being able to connect to the container, vs an upstream API error.
