GitPackager with include_pattern fails when run on macos #112

This command doesn't exist on mac https://github.com/NVIDIA/NeMo-Run/blob/main/src/nemo_run/core/packaging/git.py#L137, is it possible to change it to some more generic version that would run on both mac and linux?
