Trying to install dependencies using conda on Windows #136

I'm trying to follow the installation steps using pytorch

but I always get the same error, I've spent so much time on this it's painful.

I don't have access nor I plan to install linux on my computer. What command can I use to install the correct past versions

Just for educational purposes, I would also like to understand why on god's green earth python 2.7
