The schema in the actual package exists in the /content folder but does not end up in the project when using PackageReference instead of packages.config.

As mentionned in this article from Microsoft, this folder is not supported anymore with packageReference. Instead, the package should use /contentFiles instead.

I'm using nwebsec 6.0.0.
