[Bug] apps and games don't install

Describe the bug
When downloading and the progress bar gets to the end it just stays that way forever I always try closing the app and reopening it then removing it from Downloads then going back to its page and clicking install and nothing happens so I keep clicking it until the APK installer menu pops up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to download and install anything

Expected behavior
It to finish downloading and the APK installer menu to pop up to install it

• Device: Oppo Find X2 Pro
• Android Version: 13
• ROM: ColorOS (13.1)
• App's Version: 1.0.5
• Disabled battery optimization for Neo Store? (Yes)
• What is your selected installer? (Default session installer)

Clearing the apps cache in my phones settings seems to have fixed it sorry

Nope it's definitely a bug it keeps on happening and clearing cache this time caused this (I can't get rid of it):

Looks similar to #616 that I reported. This bug appears in 1.0 release and still keep unfixed. I'm using 0.9.15 for now
