✨ 어떤 기능인가요?

불필요하게 전역으로 관리하고 있던 state 관리 방식 수정
(team > selectedUserList)

Context API로 범위를 줄이거나 아예 로컬 state로 관리 할 수 있도록 리팩토링 하려고 합니다
