Look at these screenshots taken with version 230430. I'm spectating, but from the place where I am I cannot go forward, I'm stopped by invisible wall and I'm not capable to re-enter the intended area.
Probably I reached the area where I am now (basically behind the black pillars) through some hole in the clip brushes which limit the playable area. Finding those places isn't easy, it happened to me basically randomly. I highlighted a couple of places where maybe the issue might be originating.

Uhm... I opened the map in NetRadiant, and I can't see "holes" in the clip brushes around the map.
Maybe it's a side effect of Jan's very small grid usage? Like it only happen to pass through them approaching them at very specific angles/speeds?
In that case, I fear there is little to do about that... Maybe we may just let this as is...
I don't even know whether making the clip walls thicker might help or may just risk to block you completely.

Howerver, it looks like it's quite unlikely to actually end up there... I tried doing it again and failed.
