Tested with version 230430.

Very small detail, maybe not worth it.
This spawn point intersects with the lightning gun. Not a big deal, as the only issue is that you might just get a lightning gun at respawn without even moving, but it feels a bit strange.

And this one is placed very high

Here instead at a first glance it may look like the spawn point intersects with the armor shard, but selecting the entities in the editor shows it isn't actually the case. My eye still doesn't like the small misaligment I can see there (even between the two armor shards) in the editor, though.
