First of all, hello, I tried to open the application last night, but the application remains as in the screenshot I sent. I tried to close and open the application from the task manager and download the latest version and even the previous versions, but it automatically opened the latest version and remained on the black screen again. I would be very happy if you could help me. (sorry if I made any grammatical errors)

Strange. Try pressing ctrl + shift+ i and click on console. Do you see any errors? Send a screenshot

That is very strange, I honestly don't know how to reproduce or fix that

Is there any program that would prevent the application from opening? Because, as I said, I deleted it and reinstalled it again and again, there is no problem when entering it from the browser, but the application does not work.

how did you uninstall it?

First, I deleted it from the uninstall file here, then I selected and removed all the files. After all, I deleted it again from the installed applications section, but none of it worked.

Hmm weird. Do you use any unusual DNS configurations?
ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED can also be caused by currupt dns settings

As far as I know, no. I also tried clearing the DNS Resolver Cache from CMD, but it still didn't work.
