Hello,

I am trying to perform label-free quantification with LFQ-MBR on mzML converted files. I am getting an error regarding FDR threshold.
Would you have any idea how to fix this issue ? I have attached the log report.

You have submitted the same issue two times: #1578 and Nesvilab/philosopher#493 (comment).

I think is is a waste of everyone's time if you submit the same question multiple times. I will close this one and reopen the one you closed on Nesvilab/philosopher#493 (comment) since it is a bug in Philosopher.
