- Upload your log file
(If a log file hasn't been generated, go to the 'Run' tab in FragPipe, click 'Export Log', zip the resulting "log_[date_time].txt" file to avoid truncation, then attach the zipped file by drag & drop here.)
A couple of weeks ago, I ran some data through fragpipe and it worked great (see log_2024-09-16_18-23-59.txt)
I wanted to change some of the parameters of the workflow, so I modified them and re-ran on the same files. Before doing this, I had updated to the newest version of Fragpipe and related software.
Upon doing this I got the Process 'PhilosopherFilter' finished, exit code: 2 error, so I figured it had to do with some of the parameters I changed.
However, when I loaded the workflow settings from the run that had previously worked- I got the same error. See attached log_2024-10-23_16-04-31.txt
I have tried increasing the FDR threshold, and several other options all with no luck. Would you be able to help me troubleshoot what is causing this error?
Thanks,
Charlie
