Error in building Asgard project in eclipse(groovy-grails-tool-suite-3.6.4.RELEASE-e4.4.2-win32-x86_64) #712

In order to build the project, we downloaded the source code as well as the grails 2.2.4 framework.

Our system specification is:

JDK: 1.7.0_51
OS:Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64 bit (6.3.9600 N/A Build 9600)
Processor:Intel(R) Core 2 Quad 2.66GHz
RAM: 8GB

We got the error as below in eclipse:
