Missing Translation option for Label for "Name of Payment Gateway" (v1.1.6)

Hi,

Using 1.1.6, on PrestaShop 8.0.3, not Using Payment Split.

The "Name of Payment Gateway" value, seems to have no / only one language option, and does not support Multilanguage stores, where you might name the payment Gateway different tings in different languages:
eg.
"Sikker Kreditorkortbetaling med NETS"
"Secure Creditcard Payments with NETS"

I've looked in the translation settings (International > Translation > Module Translation > Desired Language) for the module, but only the various labels are translatable.

The desired functionality is that the name for the "Name of Payment Gateway" label, should be translatable, and should be the value used in front office.

The same multilanguage issue also exist for the split payment payment method options (as far as I can see).
