add radtract #767

Just about got this working. Turns out the build dependencies of radtract are very picky and radtract needs ubuntu@jammy to build. That at least gets us the mostly wheels so we don't have to build everything ourselves. pyradiomics is the most annoying dependency since for some reason the sdist currently on PyPi is missing header files. I had to work around this replacing the version with that commit on GitHub. It does have wheels but only built for Python 3.8 and Python 3.9 (using that version triggers other sdist builds which fail for various other reasons). I'll try getting all the wheels installed and see what happens. |
wow - that sounds tricky! But unfortunately familiar with other software packages we had in the past :( |
Sent through a pull request here after testing locally. Seems to work. #802 |
