[Suggestion] Feature/option for showing the new post-10.1.5 button spell animations

I have been using Bartender4 since at least Legion to set up a minimalist action bar UI. Recently I found out the default Blizzard action bars have undergone some new changes.

Reading the forums, it seems some people like/dislike the animations and some even recommend BT4 so as to revert to the classic style. On the other hand, I see that Dominos has provided a checkbox to use "classic" animations versus the new ones. Would an option to support the new default button animations take a lot of work in BT?
